Go go-karting with your mates and compete for the Champions Trophy!
The go-karting activity will begin with a practice session for all drivers to get used to the karts and the circuit. You will then start the Grand Prix race which will see the drivers beginning a series of qualifying heats starting from a variety of grid positions to ensure fairness. Points will be awarded to drivers based on where they finish in the heats and the drivers with the most points will be entered into the Grand Final where they will compete for the Champions Trophy!
Guidelines for participants
The minimum age to take part is 16 years old.
The maximum height is 6′8″.
The maximum weight is 280lb with a maximum waist measurement of 40 inches.
Spectators
Spectators are very welcome to come and view the event.
How to order
When you buy an experience from Extreme Element you will get a voucher which will be used towards the experience purchased. The voucher itself is called an Ex Pass. This will include: your experience and the voucher code (for redemption purposes). This voucher needs to be redeemed online.
An Ex Booking is your “booking voucher”. This is what you will receive after you have redeemed your Ex Pass (voucher). This will include partner centre details, activity details, and restrictions. Drive a high powered sports saloon around the renowned Goodwood race track and then follow that up by driving a Ferrari 308, 348 or 355 as well!
When you arrive at Goodwood you will be given a safety briefing on the day’s activities then your instructor will drive an Alfa Romeo sports saloon with you as passenger around the track to give you a feel for the track before you take the wheel and to give you some pointers. You will then get behind the wheel of a high powered sports saloon and complete three laps around the circuit.
After your three laps in the sports saloon, you get to drive either a Ferrari 308, 348 or 355 for three full laps around the circuit. After which your instructor will take you on a couple of pedal to the metal laps in a Mini Cooper S with you as passenger.

A full driving licence is required to participate in this experience.

Buggy Racing For Two
Length of activity 2-3 hours.

Enjoy a series of head to head races with this buggy racing experience day for two. These are just glorified go-karts – they are have 6 speed Honda engines that pump out 100bhp through the rear wheels. So combined with the low centre of gravity and dirt, mud humps and hollows on the track, you will more than have your hands full in this great fun activity.
When you arrive at the centre you will be kitted out in your racing overalls and will attend a mandatory safety briefing. You can then walk the track with staff to get the feel of the track before setting off on a few practice circuits in a Vauxhall powered Autograss Buggy to give you a feel for things before taking the wheel of the powerful Honda powered sprint buggy. The track length is 1.5km and is complete with a tunnel crossover, bridge, tight turns, hairpins and long straights to get up some speed. After your practice lap session you can then begin one of three head to head races. Best of luck!

Stockcar Championship Racing
Length of activity 6 hours.

Enjoy the thrill of Stockcar racing in a series of races in real BriSCA Stockcars with trophies, commentators, race marshals and pace cars all adding to the fantastic atmosphere on the day.
Once you arrive at the venue you will be given your race overalls and begin a safety meeting where you will learn the dos and don’ts of the day as well as being able to size up your fellow racers. You will then be split up into groups which will begin some practice sessions with the expert tuition of an instructor before you start the heats proper. If you score well in the heats you will be entered into the championship final. After the heats you will race in the Professionals Challenge which is an off-road challenge in a race-prepared rear wheel drive Sierra. Then comes the Del Boy Challenge where you get to drive in a race prepared Reliant Robin! The final event of the session is a blindfold event where you the driver won’t be able to see a thing but you will be ably assisted by your co-pilot.
After lunch, the serious racing starts – the Championship Finals, this consists of a high powered series of races against the days main competitors for the title. Remember there are trophies to be won so get stuck in!

The maximum height is 6′5″ and the minimum height to take part is 4′11″.

Hit the track in single seater racing car for some serious motor racing fun!
When you arrive at the venue you will be given a safety demo before you can be unleashed onto the track. At first you will familiarise yourself with the track and new racing techniques as advised by your instructor in a high performance sports or saloon car. Once you and your instructor are confident in your abilities on the track, you will be allowed to jump in the single seater racing car and burn some rubber. Try to remember the advice of your instructor as you drive at exhilarating speeds until you get the flag to bring you into the pits.
